Mike hails from Bayville, Long Island, where his passion for sales management first took shape in New York City. With over 40 years of experience, he founded Resource Solutions Plus with a clear goal: to help businesses enhance their brand through meaningful, high-quality promotional products. A proud member of the JAX Chamber and an active voice in the local business community, Mike is driven by relationships, results, and doing things the right way. When he’s not leading the RSP team, you’ll find him golfing, walking on the beach, and enjoying time with his family, and hugging his grandson.
Robert McGrorty

Born in Bayville, Long Island, Rob was a two-sport athlete at Locust Valley HS and continued football and baseball at Lebanon Valley College, earning a Hall of Fame induction in 2007. With 30+ years in financial services across sales and management, he’s now leveraging his vast network in the branding industry. Rob lives in Pennsylvania with his wife Jill, and their son Ian is a college athlete at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL.
