Born in Bayville, Long Island, Rob was a two-sport athlete at Locust Valley HS and continued football and baseball at Lebanon Valley College, earning a Hall of Fame induction in 2007. With 30+ years in financial services across sales and management, he’s now leveraging his vast network in the branding industry. Rob lives in Pennsylvania with his wife Jill, and their son Ian is a college athlete at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL.

Casey was born and raised in Greencastle, Indiana. A lifelong musician and drummer, Casey is a former professional indie rock artist who studied at Berklee College of Music. Casey is a proud Chamber of Commerce member, happily married with two beautiful children, and combines over half a decade of hands-on production, shipping, and sales experience.

Jalicia was born and raised in Jacksonville, and is a proud alumnus of Stanton College Prep (2016) and Florida State University (2020). She has six years of public relations, marketing, and communications experience, ranging from boutique firms to national digital marketing agencies. In 2022, Jalicia joined the JAX Chamber. Her partnership with RSP combines her love of creative communications with her business acumen to make moments memorable.
